INTRODUCTION
PT Teknologi Lintas Negeri Abadi, hereinafter refer to “Alphalitical” or “We”, committed to protect every personal data and/or information. This privacy policy explains how Alphalitical as the manager of platform, dashboard, site, or gadget application of Alphalitical report dashboard services (“Alphalitical Platform” in collecting, storing, using, processing, transferring, disclosing, modifying, disposing and/or any form of management of data and/or information which identifies or may be used to identify a User that is provided by the User to us at the time the User uses services available on Alphalitical Platform (“Services”) or which is collected by Alphalitical from the User or any third party (“Privacy Policy”).In this Privacy Policy, We refer to “You” or “User” as a person who uses Services, which includes but not limited to registered user or any other party who has not registered and just visiting the Alphalitical Platform.
User must read, comprehend, and approve the Privacy Policy as the User data and/or information will be used as a basis for Alphalitical to provide higher quality Services for the User.
By clicking or ticking “Register” box or any similar statement available on the Alphalitical Platform or at the time the User is only accessing the site of Alphalitical Platform, the User agree to continue to use or access the Services, the User represents that every personal data of the User is true and valid data, the User acknowledges that the User has been notified and understands the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User grants consent to Alphalitical to obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transfer, open, store, modify, remove and/or use the data for the purposes as set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English language. In case of conflict or discrepancies between both languages, the Bahasa Indonesia version will shall prevail.
In the event that the User does not permit processing of its data or information as set out under this Privacy Policy, the User must (a) take the necessary steps to remove cookies from the User’s computer or gadget after leaving Alphalitical Platform, and (b) cease to use Alphalitical Platform or Services.
OBTAINMENT AND COLLECTION OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA
User’s personal data is collected by Alphalitical in several ways, namely:- Through forms or applications by a potential User at the time creates Alphalitical account. Personal data collected at this stage is relating to personal identities that consist of, among others, full name, full address and valid email address.
- Banking data that will be registered upon the User upon accepting the Services, among others credit or debit card number, validity of the card, CVV/CVC on the card and other banking information as requested by Alphalitical;
- Technical data obtained when User is using Alphalitical Platform. Such technical data include Internet Protocol (IP) address, geo location (whether from google analytic or other source), gadget type, operating system and web browser, screen resolution, name and version of operating system, website information, usage duration of Alphalitical Platform, gadget identity when using the internet as well as other relevant matters;
- Activities data in relation to Services, namely information on the use of reports/information/features on the Alphalitical Platform, the date of use of the Service, and the method of payment for the Service;
- Cookie and tracking technology data, such as time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences;
- Interaction data with Alphalitical’s customer service, such as data related to customer complain (through available media, amongst other things email or other mediums) and direct conversion happened between user and Alphalitical by way of direct message via website with Alphalitical’s customer service;
- Other data collection methods which are done by Alphalitical (including via Alphalitical Platform);
- Other sources in cooperation with Alphalitical, where the User has permitted the transfer of User data.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Alphalitical is entitled to use User’s personal data for the following matters:- for processing of all forms of requests, activities and transactions made by User through the Alphalitical Platform;
- assisting User when communicating with Alphalitical’s customer service, either via email, letter, telephone, facsimile and/or other communication methods, including but not limited to assisting and/or completing transaction process or problem resolution process experienced by the User, and to deliver news or other notifications in relation to the protection of User’ personal data by Alphalitical, including the failure to protect the User’ personal data;
- for the purpose of research, analysis, development and testing of products in order to improve the Services, as well as develop new features and products;
- to inform User in relation to products, services, promotion, studies, survey, news, latest update, events and other information, including for offerings or providing services of third party in collaboration with Alphalitical;
- for the purpose of law enforcement or to fulfil the requirement and obligation under the applicable laws and regulations, including in the event of tax report, a dispute or legal process between a User and Alphalitical, or alleged criminal offence such as fraud or data theft; and
- for the purpose of facilitating corporate actions including the form of among other transactions of merger, sales of company’s assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or acquisition involving Alphalitical.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Alphalitical is entitled to disclose or share User’s personal data for the purposes and to the parties as follows:- partners or other third parties that support Alphalitical in delivering the Service or future services that will available on Alphalitical Platform and processing any form of User’s activities on the such platform, among other in processing transaction, payment verification and promotion;
- afiliasi Alphalitical who assisting Alphalitical in providing the Services, to operate Alphalitical’s business (including for the purposes of direct marketing), or for the purposes of processing the data on behalf of Alphalitical. All of Alphalitical’s affiliates are committed to process the personal data they received from Alphalitical in accordance with this Privacy Policy and prevailing laws;
- vendors, consultants, auditor, marketing partners, research firms/agencies, or similar service providers for the purpose of marketing activities conducted by third parties, improvement and maintenance of the quality of Services, publication activities, internal compliance, or other activities;
- court, law enforcement authorities, regulators and any other public authorities, officials and law enforcers in an effort to comply with legal obligations and/or official request from such parties;
- other third parties relating to corporate actions, reorganization, merger, sales of company’s assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing or in portion or entire acquisition of Alphalitical’s business by or into other companies, for the purpose of such transaction (even if such transaction is not being consummated); and/or
- other parties for other purposes which are allowed based on the applicable laws.
DATA STORAGE
User data and/or information shall be stored as long as the same are being used for the purpose of data collection, and as long as the same is governed by the applicable laws and regulations. Alphalitical shall cease to store any User data and information immediately in the event we are of the view that the data we collect no longer in accordance with the objective of data collection, and the storage of such data is no longer required for business purposes and/or is not permitted or required by the applicable laws.Please note that there is still a possibility that some of the User personal data is stored by other parties including government institutions in certain ways. In the event that Alphalitical shares the User’s personal data with authorized government institutions and/or other institutions that can be appointed by the authorized government or have a collaboration with Alphalitical, the User agrees and acknowledges that the storage of your personal data by the related institutions will follow their respective data retention policies.
SECURITY
Alphalitical protects every User’s personal data stored in its system, and will try with its best effort to protect such data from any unauthorized access, use, modification, collection and/or disclosure by using a number of security measures and procedures, including limiting the access of Alphalitical’s authorized personnel, password and OTP (One Time Password) code of the User. You are requested to be responsible to protect your personal data by not letting any third party to access your personal data without your consent and knowledge. In connection to that, we are not responsible for any misuse of accounts, passwords, OTP (One Time Password) codes, passwords or other confidential matters, which you created and used to access your personal data wherever you store your personal data. You must notify us if you believe that your account and/or password, which you think is being misused by a third party.Although Alphalitical has tried its best to protect the User personal data, please note that data transmission or storage system cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, Alphalitical is unable to guarantee 100% on the security of the data provided or transmitted to Alphalitical by the User. The User should be aware that the provision of information by the User shall be at the User’s own risk.
COOKIES
- Cookies mean small files that will automatically take place on the User’s device which performs the function of storing User preferences and configurations while visiting a site.
- Cookies are not intended to be used when accessing other data that the User has on the User’s computer device, other than what the User has agreed to submit.
- The User may choose to make modifications through the User’s browser setting, namely by choosing to reject cookies (consequences of this option may hinder the optimal availability of Alphalitical’s services when the User accesses the site/web of Alphalitical).
- Alphalitical may use the features provided by third parties for the purpose of improving Alphalitical’s services and contents, including the assessment, adjustment and serving of advertisements to every User based on their interest or visit history.
ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF DATA
Subject to the provisions of the applicable laws, the User may request to Alphalitical to amend personal data and/or information and Alphalitical may also grant access to the User to amend his/her personal data and/or information, among others modification to, email address, banking information that being used for the payment and others, by submitting such request through email (as may be relevant: available on the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy or through the email address provided in the separate agreement between the User and Alphalitical) by enclosing the statement letter according to the format provided by Alphalitical.For the User own protection, we only processing request relating to the personal data which is associated with the registered email address of the User, and Alphalitical might need to verify the User’s identity before processing with the request by rendering questions or any forms of confirmation to ensure the validity of User. Alphalitical will at its best effort adhering your request immediately after the verification process has been passed and it can be implemented.
DELETION
To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, the User may request Alphalitical to delete User Personal Data that are stored in Alphalitical systems. Upon the User request, Alphalitical will attempt to delete the User’s personal data from Alphalitical’s system, unless permitted or required otherwise by the applicable laws or authorized authorities/regulators. Alphalitical shall also cease to collect, use, or disclose User’s personal data, unless permitted or required by the applicable laws or authorized authorities/regulators. Please note that by requesting Alphalitical to delete the User’s personal data, Alphalitical may not be able to continue providing Alphalitical’s services to the User. Upon the cessation of the services, Alphalitical will notify the User in writing or other means that are not violating the applicable laws.In relation to this data deletion, the User may contact Alphalitical via contacts as set out under “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY UPDATE
Alphalitical, from time to time, may perform evaluations to ensure that this Privacy Policy is consistent with the current development and development of the applicable laws. For any updates to the Privacy Policy, Alphalitical shall notify to the User via public notification that may be seen and accessed by the User on the Alphalitical Platform. Any amendment or updates performed by Alphalitical related to the Privacy Policy will apply since we update such revised Privacy Policy in the Alphalitical’s Platform. The User agrees that it is the personal responsibility of the User to read and review any amendment to the Privacy Policy.
